The Scrubhub text program
Scrubhub Cleaning LLC ("Scrubhub", "we", "us") sends text messages to customers who ask for them. These are messages about your own quote and your own cleans. We don't send marketing blasts.
How you sign up
You opt in on our text updates sign-up page, by ticking the box that says "Text me about my quote and bookings" when you ask for a quote on scrubhubcleaning.co, or by texting our business number first. The box is never ticked for you, and you don't have to tick it to get a quote or book a clean.
What we'll text you about
- Replies to your quote request and questions about your home
- Booking confirmations, and changes if a time moves
- A reminder the day before your clean
- An "on my way" message when your cleaner sets off
- A secure payment link and receipt after the clean
- Now and then, a link to leave us a review
How often
Message frequency varies. It depends on how often you book: usually two to five messages around each clean, and nothing in between.
Cost
We don't charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one last text confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too. To start again, reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed and depends on your carrier and signal.
Your information
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers and text consent are only used to run our cleaning service. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Our full Terms of Service also apply.
