Is this estimate the price I pay?
It is a close estimate based on the details you enter. We confirm the final figure before booking, and once confirmed it does not change unless the scope does.
Why is a deep clean more than a standard clean?
A deep clean takes around one and a half times as long. It adds appliance interiors, tile grout, baseboards, vents, light fittings and behind-furniture work that a maintenance clean does not cover.
Do you charge extra for cleaning inside the oven and fridge?
Not on a deep clean or a move-out clean, where both are included as standard. Many companies in the Fresno area charge $35 to $45 each for these. On a standard clean they can be added.
How do the recurring discounts work?
Weekly service saves 15% on every visit, bi-weekly saves 10% and monthly saves 5%. The discount applies to each clean for as long as you stay on the schedule, and you can change or pause it whenever you need.
Do you price commercial cleaning this way?
No. Offices, medical practices, gyms and retail spaces are quoted after a short site visit, because square footage alone does not tell us enough about the work involved.
