The difference between our services is how deeply we clean, not which rooms we go in. Here is exactly what that means, area by area.

Questions about what's included
What is the actual difference between a standard and a deep clean?
Depth, not different rooms. A standard clean is a thorough wipe-down that keeps a maintained home clean. A deep clean covers the same areas but scrubs rather than wipes, tackling grout, buildup, and the areas behind and underneath things. It takes around one and a half times as long.
Is a move-out clean just a deep clean?
It is a deep clean plus the inside of every cabinet and drawer, finished to the standard an inspection expects. An empty property lets us reach surfaces that are unreachable in an occupied home, which is why it is worth doing before the furniture goes back in.
Are interior windows included?
No. Interior windows and tracks are charged separately at $7 per window on every service, because window counts vary enormously between homes. Window frames and sills are included in a deep clean.
Do you charge extra for cleaning inside the oven and refrigerator?
The oven is included on a deep clean and on a move-out clean. The refrigerator is included on a move-out clean. Otherwise they can be added for $40 and $35. Many companies locally charge for both on every service.

Yes. Tell us what has been bothering you most and we will build it into the quote. The list is what we do as standard, not a limit on what we will do.
