Pricing depends on property size, linen handling, and restocking scope. Get a per-turnover rate for your specific listing in two minutes.

Property Size

Studios start at $85. Larger 3-4 bedroom homes range up from there.

Linen Handling

Strip-and-leave is included. We can also wash, dry, and re-make linens for an add-on.

Restocking

We work to your supplies list. Buying and restocking can be added.

Hosts with 10+ turnovers per month get tiered pricing. Ask when you quote.

Common questions about short-term rental cleaning

Can you do same-day turnovers?
Yes — same-day turnovers are most of what we do. We’ll work to your check-out and check-in window (typically 11am check-out, 3pm check-in gives us 4 hours). Tight windows under 3 hours are doable for smaller properties — tell us your timing and we’ll confirm.
How do you handle linens?
Three options. (1) You provide fresh linens and we strip the old ones — included in standard pricing. (2) You provide bulk linens and we manage rotation — small add-on. (3) We collect, launder, and return linens between turnovers — full-service add-on. Pick what suits how you operate.
What if you find damage from a guest?
We photograph and message you immediately. You’ll have everything you need for an AirCover claim or guest message within minutes of us finding it. We also flag wear-and-tear issues (bulbs out, things looking tired) so you can plan maintenance, not just react.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes — quite a few of our short-term rental clients are PM companies running 5-50+ properties. Volume discounts kick in, you get a dedicated account contact, and we sync directly with your existing scheduling system (Hospitable, Hostfully, Guesty, etc.).
What about supplies and consumables?
We can keep an inventory list per property and restock from your supplied stock, or buy and bill on top. Whatever suits your operation. The goal is you never get a guest complaint about missing toilet roll again.
