Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Scrubhub Cleaning LLC ("Scrubhub", "we", "us") website at scrubhubcleaning.co, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our website or services.

Our Services

Scrubhub provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Sanger, Selma, and surrounding areas in California's Central Valley. Specific services include house cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring cleaning plans, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, and commercial cleaning.

Booking and Cancellation

When you book a cleaning service with Scrubhub:

• A quote provided online or by phone is an estimate based on the information you give us. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual job differs significantly from what was described.
• You agree to provide accurate information about your property and the service required.
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service.
• No-shows or being unable to access the property at the scheduled time may be charged at the full service rate.
• For recurring plans, you may pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time with 48 hours' notice. No long-term contracts apply.

Payment

• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at booking.
• Recurring plan discounts apply automatically to each scheduled visit. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
• Late payments may incur a late fee or interest charge as permitted by California law.

Our Service Standards

We commit to providing reliable, professional cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a clean:

• Notify us within 24 hours of the service.
• We will return and address the issue at no extra cost.
• If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions in your property
• Issues unrelated to cleaning standards (e.g. items moved or rearranged at your request)
• Complaints made more than 24 hours after the service

Your Responsibilities

When booking Scrubhub services, you agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property at the agreed time
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or sensitive items before our team arrives
• Disclose any hazards (pets, allergies, unstable surfaces, chemicals, etc.) before we arrive
• Be respectful and courteous to our team members
• Pay for services as agreed

Damage and Liability

Scrubhub is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team during a service:

• Notify us within 24 hours of the service
• We will investigate and, where appropriate, make repairs or provide reimbursement covered by our insurance
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected service or actual repair/replacement costs, whichever is lower
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or normal wear and tear

Items Not Cleaned

For safety and liability reasons, we do not clean:

• Biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, animal waste beyond standard pet hair)
• Mold remediation (requires specialist services)
• Pest infestations
• High-reach areas requiring ladders beyond standard step stools
• Items that pose injury risk to our team

Photography and Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and, with your written consent, for marketing purposes. We will never share images that identify your property or personal items without your explicit permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Interfere with the website's functionality or other users' access
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or harvest information from our site
• Submit false or misleading information

Intellectual Property

All content on the Scrubhub website (including logos, branding, photos, copy, and design) is the property of Scrubhub Cleaning LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrubhub's total liability for any claim arising from our services or website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

We hope to resolve any disputes directly with you. If we cannot reach a resolution:

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Fresno County, California
• These terms are governed by California state law
• You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Scrubhub

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. By continuing to use our website or services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated terms.
