Most of our commercial clients are on recurring contracts — evening cleans, early-morning resets, or weekend deep cleans. Whatever schedule keeps your business running cleanest without disruption. We meet on-site first, scope the job properly, and design a cleaning programme around how you actually operate.

We're licensed, fully insured, and properly contracted. Every team member is background-checked and trained to the standard our medical and dental clients require. You get a clean workplace, professional invoicing, and one point of contact who actually answers.

Common questions about commercial cleaning

Will you meet on-site before quoting?
Yes — for any commercial enquiry over a basic one-off clean, we’ll arrange a site visit first. We need to see the space, understand your operating hours, and scope the work properly. Guess-pricing for commercial doesn’t work — we don’t do it.
What hours do you clean?
Whichever hours work for your business. Most of our commercial clients want evening cleans (after staff leave, typically 6pm-10pm) or early mornings (4am-7am before opening). Weekend deep cleans are also common. Tell us your operating model and we’ll design around it.
Are you insured for commercial premises?
Yes — fully insured with $1M public liability coverage as standard, plus workers’ comp and bonded staff. For medical, dental, and other specialist environments, we can provide additional compliance documentation and certificates of insurance on request.
Do you handle medical or dental cleaning?
Yes — we clean several medical and dental practices in the Central Valley. Our teams are trained to healthcare cleaning standards, use appropriate disinfectants, and follow protocols for treatment rooms versus public areas. We can share documentation if your compliance team needs it.
Is there a contract minimum?
For one-off commercial cleans, no contract. For recurring contracts, our standard is a 3-month initial term — enough time to build the relationship and consistency — then month to month after that. No long lock-ins. Cancel with 30 days notice and we make it easy.
